The costliest error is relying on the seller's lawyer. The developer gets a commission when the deal closes, which differs from acting for you. An independent lawyer represents a modest share of the price and is money well spent.

Signing in a language you do not speak comes a close second. An official translation is inexpensive compared with what is at stake. Verbal assurances mean nothing once a dispute starts — the contract is what counts.

Purchasing off-plan on trust has ruined a great many buyers. Before paying anything, examine previous developments, the construction licences, and whether payments are held in escrow. Late deliveries happen frequently even with reputable builders; abandoned sites are rarer but genuinely ruinous.

Ignoring the exit is less obvious but just as costly. Any blanes property for sale will eventually be sold, and the pool of future buyers determines the price. A property that only appeals to foreign buyers sells slowly when conditions change.

Finally, plenty of purchasers misjudge the ongoing obligations. Annual declarations can be required regardless of whether the property earns anything, aydin property prices and late filings lead to penalties that accumulate quietly. Arranging professional help from the start heads off the majority of these headaches.
