You can track NPCs and see they have actual, fully realized lives. If nothing else, Red Dead Redemption 2 finally proves what Elon Musk has been saying for years about simulation theory. We could be living in a simulation right now (and probably are) and we wouldn't even know it. The gunsmith you followed home and watched have dinner through his window doesn't know he is an NPC. Gets you think

It also showed the true scope of the game, as you could harass anyone in the game and get a reaction. In game worlds normally full of dead, blank, lifeless NPCs and canned interactions, that is the one aspect that truly showed how huge in scale RDR2 truly is. And outside of showing the impressive scale of the game, it was just incredibly funny. Here's hoping every single game that comes out henceforth has an antagonize but

class=God of War is a masterpiece; a project with the absolute intent of demolishing any of its competition Kratos-style. The game was my first foray into the God of War series, and playing the original remastered trilogy makes me just wanna go back to the new one. It's such a damn good game that if I went into everything amazing about it, then this article would never be finished.

While it can be understood some gamers dedicated themselves to the main story missions, desperate to find out how this story played out and led into the events in Red Dead Redemption , they truly missed out on some of the best experiences the game has to of

Red Dead Redemption 2 beginner guide Dead Redemption 2 brings something new to the table; not in the sense of just being a fresh take on the open-world genre, but being a revolutionary landmark in the history of video games. Ever since the release of the original Red Dead Redemption , Rockstar Games has worked tirelessly on this project - controversially so, after the senior writers stated that they worked 100-hour weeks .

Tetris Effect is a gem of an experience. With incredible, entrancing visuals that make you feel like you're in either the next Star Wars combined with a mixture of audio that flies around your brain and sucks you into the dreamscape, Tetris Effect is a masterpiece. Each movement subtly synchronizes itself with the music playing in the background, with the BPM adapting to your placements and rotations. For something as simple as Tetris , this game really puts an Effect on you.

Throughout Red Dead Redemption 2 , protagonist Arthur Morgan will occasionally voice his displeasure at all the death and destruction that surrounds him and the gang he runs with. As with all good video game protagonists though, missions continue to have you murder hundreds of others and the optional ability to engage in therapy sessions with other women at the gang's camp. In these conversations Arthur can admit that he feels bad for all the killing he is doing and doesn't know why he is doing it; that he sometimes feels as if he is not in control of his actions.

Arthur gets captured by the O'Driscolls and has to fight his way out. Was there any way they could have prepared better? Probably not. What they should have done was ignored Micah's suggestion that they meet and just not fall for the trap in the first pl

Throughout RDR2 , you'll meet a number of NPCs who tell you interesting stories about residents all over the expansive open world map. One of them comes from a woman whose horse passed on the side of the road, she explains that there's a girl in Emerald Ranch who never leaves her ho

The combat is magnificent when combined with all of the different variations of movements that the player can create; it is an utterly satisfying experience, one in which I keep coming back to. It's rare that an open world game can keep my attention for so long (I have the attention span of a fetus), and Marvel's Spider-Man achieves that magnificently. Well played, Insomniac Games.

What's super exciting about this small plotline is that it's clearly based on the real-life English colony who went missing in Roanoke two years after the colony was founded. Only a skeleton and single word —"Croatoan"— carved into a tree was left behind. The skeleton and tree haven't been found in-game just yet, but it's very possible they're out there somewh

A Way Out was such a good game, and a refreshing take on the co-op genre. I absolutely adore co-operative games, especially those in which me and a single friend can complete a campaign. This game from Hazelight Studios was an absolute blast of a time, with minigames in-between story elements such as Connect Four or Baseball being such a nice way to take a break from the story and just have fun. Me and my co-operative partner beat the game in a single sitting with how much we adored it.

The forest is usually a quiet place in RDR2 , unless you're taking over somebody's camp or running away from authorities. At the very Northern end of the map, however, there's a hermit sitting in a tree who declares himself as King of the For

Red Dead Redemption 2 forever changed the gaming landscape, and those changes will be long-reaching and will reverberate in this industry for years. So what is it that makes Red Dead 2 so exceptional? Is it the scope? Is it the characters? Is it the graphics? Is it the truly engrossing tale of a wild west posse on a scary downward spiral? Yes to all those things. It is a perfect storm of gaming, where every element that factors in helps make it even more powerful. With that being said, it is safe to say RDR2 has forever changed gaming, and here are ten things that prove that to be t
